Refund policy

Returns

  • Timeframe: All returns must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed.
  • Made-to-Order: Products specified as made-to-order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Logistics & Charges:
    • A 100 INR logistics charge will be deducted from your refund.
    • COD and Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • All packaging materials (including wooden boxes, brown boxes, and gift wraps) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Pickup: A reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our return address. Pickup availability is subject to courier service in your area.
  • Quality/Quantity Issues: Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution.
  • International Orders: Returns or exchanges are not available for international shipments.

Return Process

  1. Request: Initiate your request at Shiprocket with a clear photo or video where the brand tag and plastic seal are clearly visible.
  2. Collection: Once approved, your order will be picked up within 4–5 working days.
  3. Refund: The refund process begins after the product is received and inspected. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.
  4. Gift Cards: Gift cards and store credit are valid for a lifetime but are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a bank account.

Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed.
  • Exchange Policy: If you exchange your product for a lower-value item, no refund will be issued for the remaining amount. We recommend opting for a return instead and choosing a gift card as your refund mode to retain the leftover value for your next purchase.
  • Exchange Refusals: Refusing to accept your exchange shipment after it has been dispatched will incur a deduction of 200 INR from your refund.

Cancellations

  • Pre-Shipping: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by visiting your "My Account" page or contacting our support team.
  • Post-Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may return the item upon delivery, subject to our return policy.
  • Refused Delivery: Refusing to accept your order at delivery will be treated as a return, and the refund will be processed as per our return policy.
  • Pre-orders: Cancellations are only permitted within the first 24 hours of placing the order.
