Pre-Paid Orders

• Shipping Timeline: We dispatch your pre-paid order within 48 hours. A tracking link will be shared via Email and WhatsApp for your convenience.
• Shipping Rates: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all pre-paid orders.
• Express Shipping: Available for a flat, non-refundable fee of INR 99/-.
• Pre-Order Products: Shipping timelines for pre-order items are specified under the "ABOUT THE PRODUCT" tab on the individual product page.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery is completed within 7–8 working business days.
• Refund Policy: In the event of a return, a logistics charge of INR 100/- will be deducted from your refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

• Shipping Timeline: We dispatch your COD order within 3–4 working days. A tracking link will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.
• Shipping Charges: A non-refundable shipping fee of INR 150/- applies to all COD orders and is calculated at checkout.
• Refund Policy: In the event of a return, a logistics charge of INR 100/- will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the non-refundable shipping fee paid at the time of order.

International Shipping

• Charges: Shipping charges for international orders are applied at actuals.
• Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local levies must be borne by the customer.
